All property owners of the Country View Village development are required to join the Country View Village Homeowners Association (CVV HOA). Residents of the development are also required to abide by their unit's covenants. These by-laws and covenants can be found at the links below.

- Restrictive covenants for Unit 1 homes. Unit 1 homes include: all homes on Abe Lincoln, Horn Blvd, Trailway Oak, and Trailmeadow; and homes with addresses from 6403 through 6607 on Rambling Trail Dr.
- Restrictive covenants for Unit 2 homes. Unit 2 homes include: all homes on Sandy Trail, Spotted Trail; and homes with addresses from 6610 through 6651 on Rambling Trail Dr.
